A shuttle will take us from the reception to Good Night John Boy around 11pm, or opt to drive and park yourself. Parking can be spotty, so the shuttle is recommended. The shuttle will return to the hotel from the after party. If you choose to stay out later, please arrange for an Uber/rideshare.

When should I RSVP by?
Please RSVP online for all events by Friday, August 21st.
Can I bring a plus one?
Your invitation will indicate whether a guest has been included in your party. We're only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation.
Are children invited?
A few children in our immediate family will be joining us, but the celebration will otherwise be adults only. Any invited children will be named on your invitation.
Will there be a ceremony?
We'll be exchanging vows in a small, private ceremony with our immediate families. We can't wait to celebrate with everyone afterward at the reception.
Where should I park for the reception?
Poppy is located in a residential neighborhood and does not have a dedicated parking lot. Street parking is available in the area, and we recommend allowing a little extra time to find a spot.
When does the shuttle run?
Transportation to Poppy will depart from the Fidelity Hotel at 3:45 pm. Guests may return to the hotel on the 9pm shuttle or take the 10:30pm shuttle to the after party, which will route back around to the hotel after.
Will the reception be outdoors?
Yes, the evening will take place on Poppy's covered, tented patio. Restrooms are available inside Poppy. Please dress accordingly based on forecasted temperatures.
What if I have a dietary restriction?
Please include any allergies or dietary needs with your RSVP, and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Is there an after party?
Yes! Anyone who would like to keep the night going is welcome to join us at Good Night John Boy in the Flats after the reception. A shuttle will leave Poppy at 10:30 pm. There will be a shuttle back to the hotel from the after party. If you choose to stay out later, please arrange for an Uber/rideshare.
Is there a hotel block room available?
Yes! The Fidelity Hotel in Downtown Cleveland is a 97-room historic boutique hotel with a full service restaurant and bar. There are rooms available at a block rate Thursday, September 17-Saturday, September 19th. If you want to book a room for any night and we have not already been in contact with you, please let us know so we can ensure there are plenty of rooms available. The hotel offers overnight valet parking for a fee, and self-parking is available at nearby locations. There are plenty of walkable activities close to the hotel. However, if you are looking to adventure into any surrounding neighborhoods (Ohio City, Lakewood, Edgewater), driving or rideshare would be recommended due to the distance.
Is there anything else going on in Cleveland during the wedding weekend?
If you are able to spend the weekend with us, we are so happy! During the day (Thursday, Friday, Saturday) feel free to explore downtown Cleveland and nearby neighborhoods and beaches (Edgewater, Lakewood, Ohio City). The hotel will be located conveniently across from East 4th Street, and within walking distance to plenty of restaurants and attractions (Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Great Lakes Science Center). Please be aware of increased foot traffic as there is a Rush concert at the Cleveland Browns stadium Thursday night and a medical conference throughout the weekend at the Convention Center. We love to play tourist, so feel free to reach out ahead of time with any activity or restaurant requests!
I'm flying in, how can I get to the hotel?
Cleveland Hopkins airport is an international airport located 15 minutes from downtown Cleveland. There is easy-to-access rideshare options located on the ground floor level of the airport. If you are staying at the Fidelity Hotel, the address is: 1940 E 6th Street, Cleveland, OH 44114.
