These terms apply to the guest photo and video upload feature provided through Jemily Says I Do.

Using the Upload Feature

The upload feature is intended for invited wedding guests. By submitting a file, you confirm that:

• You have the right to share the file.
• Your submission does not violate another person’s privacy or intellectual-property rights.
• Your submission does not contain unlawful, harmful, or malicious material.

Permission to Use Submitted Files

You retain ownership of files you submit.

By uploading a file, you give Jayme and Emily permission to store, view, download, organize, reproduce, and privately share it for personal purposes related to their wedding and wedding memories.

Storage

Files are uploaded directly to a private Google Drive folder controlled by Jayme and Emily. While reasonable care is taken, uninterrupted availability, permanent storage, and successful delivery of every upload cannot be guaranteed.

Please keep your own copy of anything important.

Removal

Jayme and Emily may remove any submitted file at their discretion. You may request removal of your submission by contacting [your contact email] and providing enough information to identify it.
