Jemily Says I Do provides invited wedding guests with a way to submit photos and videos for Jayme and Emily.
When you use the upload feature, we process the file you select along with basic file information such as its name, type, and size.
The file is uploaded directly from your browser to a private Google Drive folder controlled by Jayme and Emily. The website's server creates the secure upload session but does not receive or retain a separate copy of the file.
Our hosting provider and Google may process ordinary technical information required to operate the service, such as request timestamps, IP addresses, and browser information.
The site uses the Google Drive API solely to create and manage its designated wedding-upload folder and to store files intentionally submitted through the site.
The integration uses Google's limited drive.file permission. It does not permit the site to browse or access unrelated files in the connected Google Drive account.
Information received through Google APIs is used only to provide this upload functionality and is handled in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Submitted files are used privately by Jayme and Emily in connection with their wedding and related personal memories. We do not sell submitted files or personal information.
Google processes and stores uploaded files as our storage provider. Our website hosting provider may process limited technical information needed to operate and secure the upload service.
Uploaded files remain in the private Google Drive folder until Jayme and Emily delete them.
To ask whether a submission was received or to request that a submitted file be removed, contact [your contact email]. Please include enough information to identify the file.
Uploading is optional. Do not submit a file if you do not want it stored in Jayme and Emily's private Google Drive.
